Request Account & Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your account and associated data for the Felix app, please follow the instructions below.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Felix application and log in to your account.
- Go to More > Account.
- Tap Delete Account and longclick “Confirm” to confirm the action.
- Your account and associated data will be deleted within 3 business days.
If you’re unable to log in, you can also request deletion by email:

Please include the email address associated with your account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account details (e.g., email address, phone numbers, associated third-party account)
- Authentication tokens
Data That May Be Retained
- For legal or security reasons, some log data may be retained for up to 180 days.
- Data required to comply with legal obligations will be retained as needed.
