Product Information Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a Product Information Specialist. This full-time role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with physicians, nurses, and patients about innovative medical technology. You will be a key liaison between our company and the healthcare community, ensuring that physicians, nurses, and patients fully understand our products and their benefits. 

The ideal candidate is driven and cares about patients, our products, and the broader mission of the company. Strong technical communication skills and the ability to work closely with both our product team and physicians are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert for our medical technologies and products.
  • Explain product features, insurance coverage, LCD requirements, and documentation clearly to physicians, nurses, and patients.
  • Responsive Communication: Promptly and professionally answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing precise and helpful information.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of our products.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and communications.
  • Work closely with our product development, sales, and marketing teams to address customer questions, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, data science, health science, communication, or related disciplines); equivalent experience considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and outstanding organizational skills.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and a genuine desire to improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or medical devices is a plus.
